I wouldn’t recommend this company for experienced techs—it’s more of a stepping stone. There’s no real opportunity for career growth, and they undervalue the experienced technicians they already have. In fact, they’ll often pay new hires with no experience more than those who have been there longer. The high turnover rate among technicians reflects the lack of stability. Additionally, the company relies heavily on systems and processes from others but fails to implement them effectively, and they don’t seem able to develop their own strategies that actually work.

Not too bad if you can stay away from the office.

They won’t pay their employees what they are owed. Management is lacking. The culture preaches Christianity but doesn’t live up to it.
