The Partnership touches so many aspects of Downtown Denver, it's hard not to walk downtown and feel pride for the impact we are having on our city. Great benefit offerings, brand new office, and ample opportunities for personal development are among the best aspects of working at The Partnership.

We move so quickly and get so much done, it's often overwhelming for some people to keep up and stay focused (both a pro and a con). We work hard, but have a lot of fun.

Enthusiastic and focused on mission. Good relationship-builders. Effective at marketing and promoting.

Big gulf between senior management and worker bees in terms of both salary and recognition. Very demanding and stressful work at times. Not a good work/life balance. Many junior staff have no idea what senior leadership does to merit their high salaries. Senior management does not plan well for the longer term (more than a year). Some senior leaders are not good at giving kudos to junior staff for successes or accepting responsibility for their own mistakes. Lots of turnover at the junior level in the last year.
