      Pros

      I love working with such a collaborative team. Everyday I learn something new, and the team is incredibly supportive. It is a small but mighty team and they do go above and beyond.

      There is nothing at this time I can think of.

      Pros

      Owner micromanages, is indecisive and creates a hostile work environment. She pays next to nothing but wants 100% of your time. She wants you to take charge but questions everything you do likely behind your back.

      Cons

      The people you work with are extremely talented and caring.
