Pros

The people in house were fantastic, and friends I will keep for life.

Cons

Three words....LIES. LIES. LIES. JOB SEEKER BEWARE: This "company" promotes itself as an in house content studio for big companies. The issue is they tell you they have established contracts in place and they don't. They hire on lies. Dragons hired my entire team on the notion that this contract was a solid, in place, full time job/commitment. We came to find out it was a "trial" or "experiment". We, as the on the ground studio team were extremely successful in content concept, creation, delivery and client relationships. Overseas leadership however did not manage ANYTHING. Especially financials and timesheets, which led to the demise of this "company". All of us had to then interview with a new company that did get the REAL contract and fight for our OWN jobs MULTIPLE TIMES. The CEO of Dragons (AKA CLO - Chief Lying Officer) let us to believe we would all be given opportunity with the new company. Lies. Lies Lies. The new company proceeded to ONLY keep people that lacked the SENIOR title and SALARY. Because what they brought in was a content studio sweat shop where the money all goes in their pockets. Not a SINGLE SENIOR PERSON was offered a job to stay. In the final weeks of this scenario, Dragons Leadership tried to bloat numbers and create nonsensical billing to collect as much money as they could get out of this client. No warning, no insight...Dragons even interviewed and HIRED NEW people KNOWING they had no contract, and that the current situation was coming to an end. People thought they had signed on to a new job. And when we were made of aware of the situation and people began to take other offers and hence resign...the CEO then wrote DEMEANING EMAILS accusing them of breaching a contract which stated if you leave you have to give ONE MONTH notice. ONE MONTH....and the only reason they were leaving is because she lied and they were in danger of losing their jobs. In reality she was angry because that meant she was not able to bill on that particular employee for the final weeks of this scam. She went on to preach to them about abiding by a contract you sign. Let's just say she should follow her own advice. You see where I am headed with this. LIES. LIES. LIES. There is no process, NO LEADERSHIP, no upper management of the client which led to EVERY SINGLE JOB being a RUSH. Unrealistic timelines, deadlines and expectations. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO HR DEPT for employee needs, complaints etc.... and no 401K. And finally... Mostly all those happy people you see on the website are US, the now non-existent U.S. presence...BEFORE we found out we worked for a scam... and they USE US STILL to promote the fake business. The concept of studio embeds is real...it is actually fantastic...BUT NOT HERE. PLEASE AVOID THIS "COMPANY" like the plague as they will likely resurface in the USA somewhere else and I felt it necessary to at least give a warning before more innocent people get taken advantage of.

Dragons Group Response

Dragons group is a people centric company where we value our talent most of all. So we are very disappointed that that has not been your experience with us. We take your feedback on board. We are a young company going through a period of growth, which we are clear about with all our employees. It is an adventure full of opportunities and challenges. We are working hard on building out our infrastructures like HR to support our growing team, and appreciate that in your case it was not fast enough for you to feel the benefits. It is unfortunately the nature of our business and industry that if client%E2%80%99s choose to change suppliers it is not always possible to keep all of the team. We did our best to support you during the transition with time off for interviews, advice and references. We wish you all the best in your future endeavours.Meritxell GuitartCEO

Clear processes and excellent communication make managing projects smooth. The team dynamic is one of the best I’ve experienced.

Cons

Occasional resourcing challenges, but leadership works hard to address them.

Pros

The pace is fast, and employees are often expected to operate at a high level with minimal oversight. For some, this environment may feel energizing or offer accelerated exposure early in their career.

Cons

Expectations are frequently unclear, shift after decisions have already been made, or are enforced inconsistently. Employees may receive approval for a course of action and later be criticized for that same decision. Feedback is not always grounded in documented facts or actual client input, and internal narratives can change in ways that contradict prior conversations or results. High performers are often asked to absorb additional scope to compensate for team or resourcing gaps, without corresponding authority or support, and are then blamed when systemic issues arise. Raising concerns about workload, quality, or timelines is not consistently met with problem-solving, creating an environment where employees begin to second-guess their judgment and lose trust in leadership.
