Pros
1. Young office 2. Semi-flexible work timings ( semi-flexible cause they will suddenly start acting like school principals and they stopped letting us take WFH. I mean really?) 3. Talent pool is great. Your colleagues will be from top schools but don't know why any of us are here. 4. Pay is quite decent
Cons
1. Work is awful. You definitely do not need the brightest students to sit and stare at LinkedIn. It's even more awful cause the team culture sucks and superiors try to micromanage if they don't like you or worse- show you they don't trust you or not bother about your project (shows that they don't care enough about you to assign something that's important) 2. The work has nothing to do with management consultancy so don't be fooled. This is research work. 3. My team is led by young guys who have no clue what they're doing and sometimes act like tyrants. Even if the HR puts systems in place, nothing is implemented
