Of all the companies I've seen talk about culture, this is one that genuinely lives by it. Great work environment, company genuinely cares about employees and invests in our professional development. Growth opportunities are very much real and available, good work is noticed and rewarded. Good work-life balance - remote work available, hours are reasonably flexible as long as the job gets done

The work environment is genuinely friendly, with team members always willing to help one another. There are a variety of projects, and if you’re looking to change domains or work with different technologies, the team actively supports you in finding new opportunities. While there are some legacy projects, the company encourages initiatives for new or internal projects, including clubs and other activities. It’s great to see that colleagues have individual growth plans, which really helps in improving professionally and feeling valued within the team. Flexible working hours and fully remote working option is a bonus/

Office management from the owners's side could be improved, but the company is making an effort to support them and address these issues. With the fully remote working option you might lose connectivity with the people outside your team/project.
