Pros

Culture: No mean girl energy here, which is an anomaly in the PR agency space. This is truly the most collaborative and empathetic workplace. Benefits: Unlimited PTO that leadership encourages team members to actually take guilt free so long as all of their workload is appropriately managed and the individual performs well day-to-day. A very generous holiday schedule is also offered every Q4 and for every national holiday. Better You Benefit is awarded to help you on your personal and professional growth fully paid by the agency. You will be able to (finally) achieve true work-life balance. Leadership: They are very much invested in your growth and lead by example. All levels are encouraged to share constructive feedback, which leads to continuous iteration and growth. Clients: Dreamday reps the most viral brands and only takes on clients that are a fit to work with from a culture perspective. Leadership ensures that there is a mutual respect on both ends of every partnership and fully supports the team.

Cons

Paid compensation: Not competitive to other agencies, but they make up for it through all the above items. Fully remote: This is worth calling out as it might not be for everyone. Some people love this while others struggle to find their groove a bit. Regardless, leadership invests in coordinating in-person meeting with the team and clients as often as possible to fortify culture even further.

Pros

This is the most supportive agency I have ever worked at. It is clear from day one that team member happiness is a top priority. There are well-defined work/life boundaries, and leadership genuinely invests in the success of every individual on the team. The culture truly puts people first, which makes for an incredibly positive and motivating environment.

Cons

The only downside is that the company is fully remote, which can make it harder to form the kind of organic connections you'd get in an office setting. That said, the agency does a great job of keeping the team engaged and connected online daily, and the frequent NYC and LA meetups plus the annual full-team offsite go a long way in bridging that gap.

Pros

The company has such a supportive and collaborative team culture- everyone genuinely wants to see each other succeed. Leadership values transparency, open communication, and employee growth, which creates a really motivating environment. There are constant opportunities to learn, take ownership, and work across exciting projects, all while maintaining a strong emphasis on work-life balance and flexibility. Hard work is always recognized and appreciated, and the open feedback culture encourages ongoing professional development. The mentorship and support from managers are incredible, and the environment as a whole is inclusive, welcoming, and ensures every voice is heard.

Cons

The work can move fast, but it’s because there’s always something exciting happening.
