Pros
I worked their as a student and for me to gain experience like working as an international call centre agent was the job of responsibility of completing my targets and getting promotions. I have to get maximum sales from my side. That was the challenging part but still it improved my way of speaking English and my accent changed into UK English.
Cons
Although I gained lot of exposure working there as a student but still something is missing that is manipulation of time that is decisions made by senior employers made my salary delayed and less as expected from my side.
