Pros
First it seemed like good money. When I started working there I realized that I am forced to do endless extra hours + hide it in the system to get a positive review of my work / bonus. There is nothing positive about this comapany.
Cons
The office is constantly empty, because almoust no one is willing to work there any more. It looks pretty, but is highly disfunctional when it comes to noise, privacy or concentration. Some teams talk badly/ gossip non-stop about fellow employers or even clients. Some managers get very aggressive on the phone as no one is there. I hate to share a space with such people. People are treated very poorly in this company in general. A lot of people leave in a very short time.
