Future of company is good, lots of new customers Career growth is possible in Customer Advocate team since there are a lot of promotions (then again your base salary is low)
Cons
Lots of talk about D&I, no action. Executive team is white minus the founders. Their excuse is always that "they needed to move fast and find the right person." I'm sorry that you're having so much trouble finding people of color to hire. Sounds like every other company I've worked for (and I thought Drift would be different) I started with about 9 other people and I'm the only one left. Overtime is not uncommon. Unclear expectations are constant. And every time we bring this up in a company meeting or anonymous they don't say anything outside of how hard it is. not happy here
