It wasn't too chaotic. The issues that generally arised were from 3rd parties and AWS

When asked questions on how to perform certain tasks in Solidworks or Manage the engineers/designers would complain to their managers that they can't use their methods, and when they tried anyways it would fail or break something in another model or PDM. Also, they offically stopped using the previous CAD software, but to this day they're still using it.
