Micromanagement overkill, poor software, any decision you make can and will be trumped without hesitation, technicians require excessive babysitting to the point of enabling, compensation is not competitive in the market. The ideal candidate will be a well-trained puppy dog type without the ability to think for him or her self but at the same time will be expected to think of everything. The owners perceive their potential assets as "less than". It's like a dysfunctional family you don't want to be a part of. Management will play games. Will ask you questions they already know the answer to in an effort to test you. Operations are very emotionally fueled as opposed to analytical. Managers believe they are exceptionally special people. It's all a ruse.
