Pros
The learning experience was exceptional. The company provided training in all areas of the industry and we even were able to go out to the fields and learn how to pick the berries off of the vines! The company promotes employee interaction across departments making it easy to work and communicate with your counterparts and those at other levels within the company . You are encouraged to learn about the company's culture in order to enhance your job skills and knowledge.
Cons
There were many in the company who had been there a long time and who, it seemed, fought against the direction the company was moving. Being in the business of agriculture and retail, the company had to grow in order to maintain their standing in the industry and to ensure the profitability of the company.
