Pros
Ample work-from-home schedule (3-2 days a week depending on the time of year) * note* That this is being reduced to 1 day at the beginning of the year. Easy/ simple job with not that many work requirments/ meetings.
Cons
No performance management for employees who are under preforming- leads to people who actually do their job to have to pick up all the slack while the person underperforming keeps underperforming. No one one-on-ones or performance reviews - no yearly raises (even to adjust for inflation) Poor benefits- no materinity leave only short or long term disability only 11 days PTO and no sick days.
