      Energetic, fast paced and driven environment with a collaborative culture. A great blend of skills and experience throughout our global team. No day is ever the same, there is a huge learning curve to embrace during our scale up phase but with such a committed team we are hitting our goals head on which is ultimately satisfying. Seeing how our culture is growing and evolving from good to great is an honour for an HR professional to be part of.

      Cons

      Not enough Dropit hours in the day! The journey can be tough but it's worth it and rewarding.

      as a startup you have to be on your toes it is not a job for anyone since there is no set way of doing things but you need to have an entrepreneur mentality

      It's a tech company that is working with retails and malls which has led to a very diverse team. It's a start-up, so there are lots of opportunities for you to give feedback and be part of building the operations and procedures for the way things run in the US.

      Cons

      It's a start-up, with that comes growing pains and change. It's not the work environment that works for everyone, but if you are someone who likes to be part of building the foundation of a company, it's 100% the place for you.
