      The people and friends you make within the work place make working everyday fun and bearable. Its a great place to start for graduates, the experience you get is extensive.

      Cons

      people should be promoted based on skills not their relationship with their manager.

      Probably the owners. Great people, professional and friendly. But personality is just that. Always in the back of your mind that you aren't the top priority.

      Cons

      At times, well 90 percent of the time. I am confident that I was not being paid correctly. Signed up with expectations of being paid 70% of each drive. Discovering it was 50% of each run several times. And the illegal part was they hold your tips for months if not longer. And never did show you a complete bill so you never will know if you even get the full tip or if they are taking some of that also.
