Pros
The training is fantastic, they'll support you with as much as you want to learn. The benefits are good, 2 days extra holiday over statutory. They don't pay the most amount of money for salary, but they're such a good place to work, its worth it overall. The products are fantastic, generally the best on the market, rarely they'll not exceed expectations. Products can be expensive but the reasons why are obvious. There's so many different roles if you want to move within company to keep it interesting. Genuinely a very morally sound company with a fantastic team.
Cons
Sometimes the work load can be high, though not consistently, and this approach doesn't align overall with company culture so if you find your work life balance suffering you can raise it and people will listen. They don't pay the highest salaries but you can get more money and worse working experience elsewhere if that's your bag.
