Pros
The owner always looked out for his employees, advocating and educating us when needed. A stand up guy, who put the team's well-being and quality of service above his own pocket everyday. Would highly recommend Mr. Hippen and his team to anyone in HVAC.
Cons
Sometimes there long drives to jobs, but it's nothing unmanageable and we were always compensated for it fairly. Plus the benefits outweigh anything like it.
