Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback so that we can continue to improve. We are a growing company and strive to adapt as quickly as possible to an ever-changing landscape. We recently shared an updated Company Vision and Values which we believe provide us the clarity of why we exist, what we are all working towards, and how we work together to do our best work. Oftentimes, there may be business decisions or conversations that are made that may not be visible or understood by employees, who are not exposed to the context behind the scenes. We encourage employees to ask questions on any decisions or policies they do not understand.
