      You can work from home

      Cons

      They will slave you and have you working like a robot. They pile mounds of work on you and expect you to also stay on top of the calls. The patients can call and be disrespectful,and you have to remain kind and apologize for the mistakes Duke causes. You have to use your PTO for sick, vacation as well as holidays. Duke is one of the worst places I have worked at. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work here. Unless you are ok to be mistreated and overworked.

      Pros

      Pay is good for an administration job that is patient facing. They have good heath insurance options. They are willing to train people thathave not used their systems.

      Cons

      No paid holidays, you have to use your PTO bank. They changed to a time management system that is unforgiving. You know have to have PTO in your bank to even ask for PTO. No negitive PTO option. They have a point system for calling out and being tardy. That stays on your file for 13 month with no way to lose the point. Implementing a self service system that questions jobs security.
