      Pros

      The people there really make such a wonderful team! From housekeeping, to banquets, kitchen, to sales and events - the amazing people make coming to work everyday so wonderful! They also believe in work/life balance in the sales & events department, which is hard to come by. The hotel is a beautiful property and well maintained. It's a joy to work there!

      Cons

      Long or shifted hours - but that's the events world everywhere you go!

      Over all, every day is a different, situation, different people, and a chance to make a memorable moment.

      Cons

      Event Based work, so If there is no events, then it's not a lot of work.
