Pros
There weren't really any pros at all. The only advantage I could see was that you learned a lot about how parking meters were money making scams in most cities and how to potentially avoid a ticket.
Cons
The management was quick to scapegoat employees and throw them under the bus for any kind of error. Taking any kind of leave was discouraged and working without pay to meet deadlines was encouraged. Management bragged about their bonuses and spoke loudly and negatively about employees that weren't present. If management asked if you would be able to perform an additional task or take on another employee's work, you had to agree or risk being bullied into complying. If you were asked to learn another person's duties, it meant they were getting fired and you were going to be doing their job without being compensated.
