NEW EMPLOYEES OR EMPLOYEES WHO DON'T HAVE ENOUGH PTO ARE NOT PAID FOR MAJOR HOLIDAYS UNLESS THEY'VE ACCUMULATED ENOUGH PTO HOURS. Employees have to use their PTO for 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas...even if a family member has passed away, employees are expected to beg other employees for their PTO hours or no pay. I received emails like such. CANNOT add your spouse to your insurance. Managers need to be in the office. I was micro-managed without my manager's presence; my direct manager was in office one day a week. I was not allowed to ask other supervisors or employees for help, but when I called to ask questions, I was met with short-temperedness. This made me very uncomfortable and not wanting to call again. My manager asked the people I worked with, who were same level as I, about my progress instead of basing the progress on their own observations. In other words, my manager's knowledge of me consisted of other employees' perspective of me! They had "snitches" in office telling on others. Extremely unprofessional and unpleasant environment
