      Pros

      Free drinks + food, 50% if off clock. My staff at my old stores were fanstasitc. Always sweet and kind, never had any issues. The most recent store was alright, a couple hidden gems but besides that, they were cool.

      Cons

      My store was horrible, Unsanitary and they don't pay you for the amount of work you need to do. Dunkin is always a last resort job for me, if I desperately need a job, I'll work at Dunkin.

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
