Pros
- I made a lot of good friends who were coworkers in Dunkin' (still friends with them till today ever since I first joined) - Kind manager and HQ - People working here in overall were very friendly and nice, you can bond well with them if you can work well with all of them too - The job has consistent day to day flow, so you can easily adapt and build a working routine here
Cons
Not sure why churning out the sales report and inventory has to be done manually, even part timers need to oversee them and calculate manually and will get scolded for any mistake. I mean, its done at the end of the day after such a tiring shift, how can you expect people to not mess up when looking at so many numbers from a long list of report? I get that this is important for the business but why not invest in some technology that can already filter and sort the many categories from the entire report? Would be easier, faster and almost no mistakes since its a machine generating it. Also, take example from other beverage businesses, they have stickers to print out as they take customer's orders which has all the drink details such as sugar amount, flavor, ice and all that. But here in Dunkin SG, you have to memorise every order detail and if you mess up you're also done for. Especially when its so busy, you will have to multi task like crazy and remember so many things. Really mentally draining aside from getting physically tired which is normal if you're working in F&B anyways. Plus, of course there will always be super rude customers to ruin your day aside from all that!
