      Cons

      Management doesn’t respect employees. Always asks you to come in early and stay late cause they can’t find coverage for a shift. Doesn’t care if you are in school

      Pros

      Tips can be great in the morning, and the free coffee makes for a great pick me up.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes brush off issues when they're brought up directly, and there seems to be a severe disconnect between what the owners/franchisees want in the store and what management actually allows to happen, which can cause rifts on shift.
