Pros

Fast pace, game of memory, timed, accuracy, multi-tasking constantly cleaning environment. If you can't keep up, I'm sorry you won't like this job at all (either get good at it or find a different line of work). You need a thick skin, especially dealing with people in the morning. Most people (customers and employees) are not morning people. It does get demanding especially during the morning rush. If you want hours they will give you hours. You need a flexible schedule? Dunkin can do that too. Some Dunkin stores still do tips, Tips are only really worth it at a high volume restaurant. The job overall is fun, the employees depending if you all vibe or not is worth it. Kind of a family away from your other family. Great place to learn new or improve skills between customers and employees.

Cons

Corporate not watching their Franchisees, management, wage, sexism, favoritism, they have you at part time but schedule you for full time work spread over six days so they don't have to pay over time. The list goes on.

Pros

Every once in a while you are granted a 15 minute break

Cons

There are significant concerns regarding management’s leadership and communication practices. Employees often receive criticism in a manner that feels disrespectful rather than constructive, and support from management is limited despite high expectations placed on staff. Professional boundaries are also a concern, as discussions between management and employees about employees occur inappropriately among coworkers. Greater emphasis on respectful communication, employee support, and professionalism would help foster a more positive workplace culture. They also promise pay, after employees were not paid correctly management basically state “too bad I can’t fix it” even though that is illegal in the state of VA.
