If you're desperate for a job and some money its one of the easiest places to get hired!
Cons
Management, training, its a popularity contest, managers exempt the people they like from doing any hard labor and treat new member like slaves. I used to have 3-4 people working with me but they'd all be in the back huddled laughing and joking around while my pregnant self was working EVERY station. they never properly trained me just through me into work and I had to figure it out myself.
