      Fantastic team with help all around. Infectious energy to strive and do the best. Great commission structure with potential to jump tax brackets.

      Cons

      Work load can get a bit much if you do not stay on top of it but the people around do help when needed.

      Negative reviews are accurate of my experience . Company promises much but is run like a 1970 double glazing outfit.
