      - ok for repetitive motions

      Cons

      - lack of management - never on time for meetings and 1 on 1s, if they even happen - kinder than necessary is the mantra you own it now - manager wants you to believe they "own" you. When I get recognition, the manager pretends they have to approve it - didn't even bother with exit interview
