- Great pay and benefits. - Good people to work with. - A general desire for improvement across the company.

Cons

- No respect for work-life balance. - Sales staff are left to manage all client communications around sold product (i.e. Service requirements, shipping communications, product failures, warranty claim investigations, etc.) - Minimal formal training or mentorship. - Universal understaffing across departments leading to delays. - Poor cross-department communication. - Senior Management is uninterested in taking an active role in improving operations.
