Great people, great commission schedule

Difficult to make commissions if you aren't the right fit. Work life balance is not great as a salesman, but that applies to all car sales positions in the industry.

Pay was decent, they take care of the guest and do not take advantage. Do work weekends but hours are not forever.

Pay could be higher. Could be more flexible on time off too.
