Coffee and location of the office; the fact that it is located in Baker Street is the only real pro for this company and the coffee is good.
Cons
Decent compensation, but no encouragement from director or anyone. Claim to be a very different and focused firm, but have hardly gone anywhere. No growth opportunities.
