Toxic work environment - Anonymous employee Durham Region Unemployed Help Centre Employee Review

- Pay is terrible - management only wants to hire individuals with bachelors degrees or higher but are not willing to pay for it - Benefits are terrible - barely covers anything - Management is AWFUL; sexist and offensive; the micro-management of all staff is excessive and borders on harassment - There have actual incidents of harassment (verbal and physical) involving senior management very recently - Staff consistently hide in their offices and cry; turnover is incredibly high - If I could give this place zero stars, I would
