      Pros

      A lot of smart people at this company. Tons of knowledge in image processing, and computer vision in general, really a great overall internship experience.

      Cons

      Cant speak to being a full time employee, but really there arent cons I experienced. It's a normal startup, so very fast paced and sometimes all over the place, but that's not unique to DUST.

      Unlimited PTO that you’ll feel guilty using

      Every other review here is 100% correct. The CEO and his loyal minions have no idea how to run a business and shift blame from one person to the next, tanking company culture. It’s a great place to snag a good job tittle but you won’t stay long.
