      Cons

      No company is perfect, as you grow there are numerous factors which comes in as a challenge. The challenges should not hinder the growth of the company. The challenges should be handled with well prepared actions.

      Pros

      I like the Dutch direct approach. You are free to express your opinion. Even if it is negative it is taken up without fear of losing your job. Open culture and great colleagues.

      Cons

      Sometimes too direct and you have to get used to that in the beginning if you haven't experienced it before. Direct also means honest and sincere.
