Pros
Remote at this point is the only pro being here; everything else is a mess and chaotic. No bonus, no raise, no accountability, the company isn't making money due to upper management. The company stresses me out.
Cons
Stale ideas, horrible, boring ads, lack of social media presence, nothing trendy, chaotic approval process, lack of bandwidth, which the owner can not understand, that's leading to the company not being ahead. It's candy it can't be this hard, but it is. Sitting through meetings with biased reviews and positive outlooks on projects that obviously failed, with no professional data or analytics. Core values does not pay the bills, and the salaries aren't sustainable anymore.
