Cons
You cannot turn patients away before close even if the wait time exceeds the hours of operation. They will fire you for literally any mentions of unsafe work practice. No support from management to help with the high volume of customers. You are not valued as a employee, you are just a pawn to make corporate their money. All they care about is your Dynacare plus sign ups-and your reviews are based on how well the LHSC is doing overall, and how many customer surveys that come in... not your performance and even if you do 110% above and beyond you could still get a 10cent raise if your location isn't up to standard from the 4 other people not pulling their weight.
