Workplace culture is non existent. Leadership at company spend considerable time talking down to, or about employees behind their backs. Leaders rarely do work, don’t understand how the employees complete their tasks but have nothing but negative feedback constantly. Processes are non existent, or reflect old style way of completing tasks, communicating with team members and clients. Significant turnover in the past year leads to constant fear, de motivation of employees and lack of trust with leadership. Benefits are poor, constant micro management and ridiculous amount of meetings lead to lack of time to complete tasks and then anger about tasks being behind. Company vision is unclear and there is rarely an opportunity for growth, constructive feedback or ability to improve critical processes. Owners are quite rude, mean and vindictive to current and past employees.
