Pros

I just finished my career in sales to the power industry. I worked for Doble Engineering, Omicron USA and Megger and Dynamic Ratings was my last employer for three years. Dynamic Ratings is a leader in continuous, on-line monitoring of power apparatus. They are comparable to my previous employers, but have the smaller, more personable environment and are led by an excellent management team. Upper management is very professional, fair and leads by example. They have maintained a customer focused support environment and kept pace with new products throughout the last few years. It was a pleasure working through the "new normal" with them and I believe their success will continue onward, regardless of the social and economical pressures of the day. They are truly focused on an excellent working environment for their employees - family....

Pros

The industry is growing as data centers infrastructure is built out and traditional transmission and distribution grows to meet grid demand. The team strikes a good balance of being committed to achieving positive outcomes and understanding that being flexible with employees not only makes them happier to do their work but also gives them the tools they need to succeed.

Cons

While a lack of rigorous policy can be beneficial in allowing flexibility, it can be frustrating when necessary documentation is insufficient, and the company does not have a culture of prioritizing making processes easier for those who may follow.

Pros

Good work environment, The people and management truly care.

Cons

Too much on everyone's plate to learn the industry properly. The people with the most experience are over worked and the newer employees are left to learn "trial by fire".
