Pros
I was paid. I learned to swallow my pride and beg my previous employer to take me back. Descrimination, bullying was rampant. Single worst experience of my life. But it taught me appreciate ANY other job. Godspeed and good luck if you work there.
Cons
Everything from management to tenured employees. There was no training set in place when I first started it was like being dumped in the ocean with Chum so the sharks could eat me. nepotisim, HR, everyone's soul sucking attitude.
