      Nothing to discuss here, no pros, all cons...

      Cons

      Poor management overall, no recognition for any actions. CEO who is a boss and not a leader and who micromanages everything. No business plan overall and no future outlook...never seen so many people quit a company...

      Parking can be a but if a challenge, but they just started night shift.

      No pros, worked there for 2 years and didn't receive even one yearly review.

      Cons

      The owner only cares about what car he drives to work, I know people that have been working there for 5 years and they might have gotten a $1 raise.
