Shiftsmart Managers are overwhelmed and outnumbered by Survey Dialers by hundreds. So if you have an issue or question and message the managers, you hardly ever get a reply and you can only ask certain questions in the pre-shift Zoom meeting. You are pretty much on your own if you have a problem with Dynata because most of the Shiftsmart Managers will not have your back and question Dynata. You are expected to work a 5-hour shift without a break. If you do take a break, you will get a nasty message telling you to resume dialing. No positive coaching or motivation at all. Almost every shift you are threatened to be unassigned for the day or they just unassign you without warning.
