- HOURS ARE NOT RELIABLE- management cancels shifts within 1 hour of your start time saying that there aren’t enough projects that day (2-3/4 of my shifts were shortened or cancelled per week). I was also told after my break once that my shift was just over- even though I was scheduled for 5 more hours in the night
-technological requirements make onboarding tedious
-various platforms including one which isn’t even part of the job requirements
-such an influx of employees that most employees aren’t retained. There are a large amount of “nesting employees.”
