Pros

My personal favorite thing about the Executive Team is that each quarter they host a Town Hall to everyone in the company. The vision of where we are and where we are going is shared. The team addresses the wins and failures of the quarter equally. Each Town Hall hosts a "Hot Seat" Q&A that anyone can ask anything of the Executive Team. From here, each team has goals to work towards that support the overall business. Employees are expected to complete their goals each quarter in a fully remote environment. Being remote means we can, and often do, work from anywhere with a strong internet connection. This give liberties when other companies have required a Return To Office mentality. Any adult that can manage their goals, be attentive at meetings, can essentially set their own schedule without micro-management.

Cons

Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones is difficult, and requires flexibility from everyone. The two main offices are in Central and Pacific time zones. East Coast to West Coast is typically the most strained meeting type. Meetings in the middle of the day requires advanced planning for lunch breaks. Being fully remote gets lonely at times. The 2 offices (Dallas and Las Vegas) are optional for all locals to come in and work. However, when only 1-2 people are in the office it's no better than working from home.

Pros

Dynatron is a company with real momentum, strong market demand, and a leadership team that is actively investing in the business, the product, and the people. There is a genuine sense that the company is scaling and evolving, and employees have an opportunity to help shape what comes next rather than just maintain what already exists. One of the things I appreciate most is the level of ownership people are encouraged to take. If you are someone who is motivated by building, improving processes, solving problems, and making a visible impact, Dynatron can be a very rewarding place to work. The environment moves quickly, but that also creates opportunities for people who are proactive, accountable, and comfortable operating with a sense of urgency. The company also offers meaningful benefits, including a remote-first environment, flexible PTO, paid sick time, and equity participation. Those things matter, but what stands out most is the overall direction of the company. Dynatron is not standing still. It is investing in better systems, stronger teams, and a more scalable foundation for the future.

Cons

Like many growing companies, Dynatron is still maturing in some areas. Processes, systems, and communication practices are continuing to evolve, and that can sometimes create ambiguity. The pace can also be fast, so it may not be the right fit for someone who prefers a highly structured or slower-moving environment.

Pros

Legitimate value for clients. Best team in the business comprised of people from all over working toward a common goal and most of all the want and willingness to help peers. Excellent pay, excellent holiday schedule, and work from home - for now.

Cons

Disconnected and disjointed management with poor communication and a “do as I say, not as I do” mentality. Senior management has not been in the trenches and has had no understanding of the reality of the clients or job in years despite directly making decisions on both. Check-the-box one size fits all mentality. Passive management surrounded by “yes men” who know best and don’t take any input from others and then have to back track and change everything each month when their great ideas don’t work.
