      Dynavax has some great products on the horizon, however, they don't know how to deal with a Clinical Trial Timeline.

      Poor Communication between the Managers and the Clinical Staff. Poor understanding of how a Contractor works Multiple delays in start of project

      Really good benefits and culture.

      Cons

      Intern program for the IT department for me was a bit disjointed and honestly did nothing. Was supposed to work on a project that was being held up by a third party and ended up not working on anything since they did not find anything else for me to even though I insisted on helping out in anything.
