      1. They need only donkey's type worker's. Who face only customer problems. 2. Management dont take responsibilities of any customer. 3. Fraud management cant return cutomers money. 4. Daily 14 hours work work compulsory. Dont give any overtime payment. 5. Dont have peronal life. Daily in time 11.30 am & out time late night 1 am to rech home. 6. Management blame on staff in everything.

      Pros

      I was able to learn many essential skills with softwrae tools I will use throughout my careeer. The people were the best part of this company

      Cons

      Boringwork, cubicle atmosphere, there was no place to hang out as well in the area around. I was not happy with the food as well
