Pros
A great work environment! Everyone in the company is supportive, approachable, and experts in their field. e-MC prides itself for its transparency and commitment to its clients as well as its employees. I could haven't asked for a better place to start my career.
Cons
I am fairly content, I don't really have any concerns. However, this is a fairly new industry and the vast majority of people we talk to are unaware of what a carbon market is so there is a fair amount learning needed be done when you begin.
