Very fast paced but that really isn't a negative

Flexibility, number of paid holidays, diverse clients, learning opportunities. The technical work for certain clients is very interesting and complex, providing and excellent learning environment.

Pay, micromanagement, lack of agreement between lower and upper management causes discrepancies in expectations and low morale, The processes around billing practices, time entry, meetings, tech metrics, etc. are inefficient and lead to your raises, promotions, and assignments being decided off of nothing measurable. Speaking up about these things or attempting to come up with solutions is fruitless, as nothing will be taken seriously by upper management.
