Pros
Great only right now for gaining hands on experience in specific manufacturing areas. They also offer great college tuition fees and amazing health compensation benefits. Working atmosphere is no worse than anywhere else manufacturing based.
Cons
Don't expect anything from them in terms of graduate+ level engineering / management careers though, at any level, in any department. Simply put It's a dead end job. There is no career path or sufficient training given and the illogical insane methods / pure incompetence you'll be exposed to will make you question why you ever became an engineer. It's beyond disheartening. đź‘Ž
